☸️ I along with Josh Ichiyo are the original founders of Daybreak Oneness of whose origins started in Fall 2020. We envision a Sangha that is open, diverse, and welcoming of folks looking for non-dogmatic and non-sectarian spirituality rooted in the Dharmic traditions. We have strong connections to our Japanese Shin & Zen lineage from our teachers Revs. Gyomay & Koyo Kubose who were both instrumental in offering Japanese Buddhism to the West.

Beyond my current role with Daybreak, I also have expertise in holistic health and medicine as a Naturopathic Doctor (April 2026) and as someone with many years experience as a Yoga & Ayurvedic Therapist and as a Reiki Master, another Japanese tradition that is often fused with Buddhism in Japan . My passion for healing bridges modern science, ancient tradition, and whole-person centered care where I offer clients long-term and sustainable health solutions to optimize well-being and vitality throughout their lifespan.
